I won’t lie.. this was meant to be a reel 🙈 e I won’t lie.. this was meant to be a reel 🙈 even my kids are shocked I even tried. After 20 minutes of me trying to explain to the 13 year old what it was I wanted to accomplish - throwing a few planners and washi rolls around the office to emphasize the point - I gave up. 🤣 So, here’s my “I’m going to plan next week” post. It’s not a reel, no fun music or clever transitions - just a staged pic of my desk. I have been using iCal, not effectively, so it’s back to paper and pen for me. Life is so different post-pandemic, that I didn’t even know where to start with inserts or what planner you use. I have a spiral Plum Planner, but I’m back to personal rings. The size just seems to work for me. Are hobo weeks still a thing? Happy New Year! I know, we're halfway into January Happy New Year! I know, we're halfway into January but I have been stuck in a creative rut with this account. My planner these days has just pen and I felt like I can only post so much of my handwriting before it got old. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have struggled with what to post here. I'm not sure if it's a quarantine/being at home all the time thing or the fact that P&P is no longer what it once was. I am still planning, but I'm also back doing other things I love. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Scrapbooking/documenting our life is one of my favorite hobbies. Well hello there! It’s been FOREVER since I post Well hello there! It’s been FOREVER since I posted! I have popped onto stories a few times for little posts, but I have been pretty MIA from social media. We finally moved into our new home the week of Thanksgiving, so I have been busy unpacking and getting us settled back into a normal-ish routine. The kids are schooling virtually, so that was seamless with the move. As of today we have a High School Graduate! 🎉 our daughter has worked so hard this past semester and is moving into college for the spring 😭😭 With the move, getting settled, getting a kid ready for college, and work life has kept me pretty busy. If you have been wondering why I have been quiet r If you have been wondering why I have been quiet recently it’s because I have been preparing for our upcoming move. We finally closed on our new home today! 🎉🎉 We aren’t officially moving in until next week, but we are beyond excited to start making our house a home. I will be getting back to my regular content once we are in and settled. I haven’t used a planner in weeks, my “plans” have been in list form on envelopes or sticky notes. I’m not getting all of the Halloween decor out this year as we’re moving in a couple of weeks (eek!) but this is the time of year I normally spend HOURS decorating our home. This spider will be joining a few pumpkins on TV stand in the living room until Halloween and then will be joining the other spooky decor in the box.
