Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Because all items are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Anything after the 24 hour mark may already have begun production and therefore cannot be canceled.
Unless it’s an error on my part, items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and will incur a $5.00 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.

* Custom orders
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are unhappy with your order please contact Customer Service email@example.com and we try our best to help you resolve the issue. All refunds are evaluated and approved on a case by case basis. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time of your refund will depend on the processing time of the bank or service used to make payment.
