What are your shipping rates?

We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders. No extra charge for multiple items!

$3.50 for all US Addresses
$5 for Canadian, United Kingdom
$7 for all other International Countries

Items are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking for all addresses.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 2-3 weeks. All orders are processed in batches by the date they are received. This allows for the time it will take me to print and cut your order before shipping. If there is an unforeseen delay, I will contact you regarding your order.

Orders ship on Tuesday’s or Friday’s.

What are your current office hours?

My in office hours (all in Eastern Time Zone) are the following:

Mon: 9am – 4pm
Tue: 9am – 4pm
Wed: 9am – 4pm
Thu: 9am – 4pm
Fri: 9am – 4pm
Sat: 9am – 12pm
Sun: CLOSED

I have sent you an email/message and I haven’t had a response yet.

If you email/message me after 12pm EST, I will not respond until the following business day, I check email first thing in the morning when I arrive in the office, this allows me to spend the afternoon focusing on orders/design work. If you email me over the weekend, I will respond on Monday.

I do not always receive FaceBook or Instagram messages; either personal or via the business FaceBook page, so this is the best way to ensure I see your message.

What is a “Practically Perfect” Product?

The PRACTICALLY PERFECT Category in the menu is for “misfit” items. A Practically Perfect Product is one that is practical to use but has a few imperfections.

There are several reasons as to why a product could be deemed Practically Perfect such as a slight cutting imperfection, print colors being off and/or may not contain the complete set of stickers pictured.

These are reduced to a 50% off price due to their imperfections.

ALL SALES ON A PRACTICALLY PERFECT PRODUCT ARE FINAL.

I have an item in my cart that was on clearance, I no longer see it listed in the shop, will it be relisted?

Unfortunately, no. These are last chance items and are some times marked down over 60% of their original price.

The Clearance Section of the shop has all items that are currently in stock and ready to ship (if an order is placed before 2pm EST it will ship the same day).

Once the quantity hits 0 the item will not be re-listed in the shop.
